DEPOSIT POLICY
A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your appointment for any services $100+. I understand things may come up and ask for at least 24 hour prior notice, in which you can move your appointment to another day, and your deposit will still apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

CANCELLATION / NO SHOW
As a courtesy, reminders are sent out 48-72 hours either by text or email prior to your appointment. If you fail to show up for your appointment, which includes services that total $100+, your $50 deposit is non-refundable. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact me immediately to reschedule your appointment for a later date. For your safety, as well as my own and clients, please do not come to your appointment sick.

Late POLICY
If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule or your appointment may be cut short depending on availability. If you are asked to reschedule due to being late your deposit will still apply for your rescheduled appointment.

WAIVER
You must sign a waiver before any service is performed.
